You may have heard of the idea of ‘productise’, it can be also observed within Salesforce product offering, acquisitions and servicing. I want to show how this concept can be applied to oneself, and why is that a helpful thing to do given the current financial trends and the last 5+ years in the tech sphere. I’ll be the rat lab, delving into over 10y experiments: service diversification, digital offering to physical products.
