In this talk we will discuss some of the concepts around cognitive computing and how we can leverage the power of IBM Watson to gain insights from large data sets. We will show how to integrate one of the available services; Personality Insights, which extracts and analyses a spectrum of personality attributes to help discover actionable insights about people. In our use case we will discover how we can pass data from a Contact record in our CRM to the IBM Watson service and present the information to end-users to ultimately drive better decision making.
